J: No, I was in the neighborhood about another matter and thought I'd drop in.

R: Please come this way. I'm about to call you. 

J: What can I do for you?

R: I've just got the sales contract from you. Thank you for your quick response.

  The production is coming along very nicely.

J: That's good to hear.

N: By the way we'll visit your company to greet your boss next week.

J: All right. We're looking forward to your coming.
