■進捗

週末に挽回のはずが、土曜にまったくできず、本日少し挽回しました。

■感想

睡眠もばっちりでいろいろ進めることができました。

夕方には子供たちと一緒に英語の宿題してました。

■その他気づき

 なんでもそうですが体力は基本になりますね。疲れた状態でやっても全く身になりませんので、不摂生が続きそうな時期になりますが体調管理は万全にしたいと思います。
